The Senior Development Director is the ownership point of contact for a project, and manages residential and/or mixed use projects from conception to completion. Responsible for multiple projects, the Senior Development Director provides oversight of all aspects of project management and consults daily with development associates in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, architecture, or related field required. Master’s Degree in planning, real estate development, architecture, business, or engineering preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development. Thorough knowledge of the real estate development process including land acquisition, land use planning and entitlements, project design experience, financial analysis/feasibility, sales, marketing and overall project management. Experience as lead developer on large complex projects. Experience managing multiple projects at the same time. Experience managing a team of development professionals through the execution of significant transactions. Experience with multiple product types.
