Overview

Holland Partner Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Project Manager to join our Property Accounting Team. This team supports 75+ multi-family housing properties across five states.


We are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic that offers exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow through. The Holland Team consists of Associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct internal audits – accounting, Yardi, accounts payable, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage facility planning initiatives.
  • Manage and be main point of contact for Compliance Depot administration.
  • Manage assigned projects with the goal of ensuring that budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Maintains good customer and outside vendor relationships.
  • Keeps supervisor informed on each project as requested.
  • Performs work and relates to people in a manner that achieves peer and senior management respect.
  • Completes miscellaneous, administrative assignments and assists the supervisor as requested.

This position also requires:

  • Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 20lbs.
  • Flexibility in days and hours worked.
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Computer literacy.

 

 

Qualifications

Education:  College degree in related field and/or three to five years of experience in a related position.

 

Experience:  Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze and manage vender relationships, internal audit controls, and complete various projects within budget and schedule. Ability to guide upper/middle management in the creation and implementation of accounting and internal compliance initiatives. 

 

Attendance:  Full-time employee.

  • Superior analytical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills, both writing and oral, and able to communicate to a wide variety of people.
  • Self-starting and driven
  • Must be honest and prepared to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Suite, specifically MS Excel.
  • Proficient in Yardi Voyager
