Holland Partner Group is seeking a Project Labor Foreman to join our Construction Team.
We are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic that offers exceptional interpersonal skills, proven work ethic and follow through. The Holland Team consists of Associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.
This position will assists in project construction by completing duties as assigned by the Project Superintendent teams. General duties will include, assisting in the management of daily project clean up, safety enforcement and any on-site coordination of project daily activities. Incumbent will also assist in the management of project logistics, coordinating deliveries, staging and various traffic control requirements.
Essential Job Functions
This position takes place in a construction environment that involves hazardous work conditions requiring protective equipment and training that conforms to OSHA and applicable State Agency regulations. Some physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, and noise may occur.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Five to ten years of construction experience required. Basic knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures is required. Construction experience in concrete, wood, steel, stud framing, drywall and structural steel erection are preferred.
