The Vendor Compliance Specialist is responsible for maintaining a list of approved vendors for Holland Residential, ensuring they meet Holland’s compliance standards.  This position will also assist in the review of vendor contracts for Holland Residential properties and ensure they meet the requirements of the Property Management Agreements. All job functions will be carried out in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.


  • Set-up new users in appropriate databases and provide training on system and process.
  • Assist with set-up of vendors for pending acquisitions or property flips.
  • Set-up new vendors in appropriate Compliance Depot Database and create new vendor in Yardi
  • Assist other departments with resolving vendor related issues.
  • Serve as point of contact with Compliance Depot.
  • Monitor Compliance Depot Database regularly for unlinked or unenrolled vendors.
  • Review daily integration reports and status change reports.
  • Conduct regular reviews of one-time vendors, exceptional payable report and update PayScan software.
  • Assist with the review of vendor contracts and ensure they meet the requirements of the company and the PMA.
  • Support and enforce procedures related to Compliance Depot and vendor relations.
  • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
  • Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
  • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.


Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Five years of administrative/office experience required. Two to three years’ experience in accounting or contract review preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel; Yardi experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to process and handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
  • Demonstrated high level of skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Strong customer service, time management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret contract language.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Eye for detail; accuracy is imperative.
  • Demonstrated high-level of skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.

Attendance: This full-time position requires the ability to work between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours or overtime may be required.

This position also requires:

  • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
