The Regional Retail Property Manager administers and maintains all phases of retail property operations under the direction of the President and is responsible for all aspects of the regional retail portfolio in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
Experience: Three to five years multi-site experience, same market within the housing industry required. Asset management exposure, client relationship experience with fee-based and 3rd party properties, and capital management experience strongly desired. Experience overseeing Mixed-Use and/or Retail Property Management preferred.
