The Vendor Prequalification and Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining a list of approved vendors for the Construction and Development divisions of Holland Partner Group and supports the vendor prequalification process, in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.


  • Perform in-depth review of Subcontracts data (i.e. Employees, QA, Litigation, Financials, Banking, etc.) and provide analysis, re-evaluations and reviews as needed.
  • Coordinate with appropriate team members on Risk Mitigation measures as determined to be applicable.
  • Support the vendors and internal teams through the Pre-Qualification Management & Vendor Compliance process.
  • Set-up new vendors and monitor through the Compliance Depot and Pre-Qualification Management process.
  • Set-up new users in appropriate databases and provide training on system and process.
  • Assist Construction, Development and Redevelopment teams with vendor related issues.
  • Serve as point of contact with Compliance Depot and Pre-Qualification Management.
  • Monitor Compliance Depot and Pre-Qualification Management Database regularly for unlinked or unenrolled vendors.
  • Review daily integration reports and status change reports.
  • Conduct regular reviews of one-time vendors and exempt vendors.
  • Ensure that all operations are adhering to the vendor prequalification and vendor compliance process.
  • Support and enforce procedures related to Compliance Depot and vendor relations.
  • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
  • Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
  • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.


Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s degree in Business/Accounting preferred.

Experience: Five years of administrative/office experience required. Two to three years’ experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Compliance or related field preferred.    

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles (i.e. journal entries, debits, credits, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to process and handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
  • Strong customer service, time management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Eye for detail; accuracy is imperative.
  • Demonstrated high-level of skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Pre-Qualification Management strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.

Attendance: This full-time position requires the ability to work between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours or overtime may be required.

This position also requires:

  • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
