Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and positioning of Holland’s brands in the digital space and will head up a team of marketing professionals to lead the platform’s vision, strategy and execution of all facets of marketing in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team to design, plan and execute a marketing automation process to acquire new residents across search engine optimization, pay-per-click, digital partnership, mobile and social media channels.
  • Create, build and publish compelling video, animation, image and content across digital channels to produce dynamic multi-channel experiences and to attract organic traffic.
  • Implement an aggressive A/B testing plan across various media channels to drive revenues by ensuring the right message is reaching the right prospect at the right time.
  • Proactively track campaign effectiveness in relation to marketing spend and key performance indicators; make recommendations for and implementing improvement where necessary.
  • Design, implement, optimize, and measure customer experience journeys, marketing programs, and digital channels to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Create and support departmental strategy and supervise the planning and ongoing activities including maintaining the quality and consistency across all digital externally facing marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise ongoing activities and drive the quality and consistency of Holland’s digital marketing activity towards a “best in class” model.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all staff to ensure excellent inside customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with Holland Partner Group’s policies and procedures.
  • Represent Holland Partner Group in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, or related field required.

Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing required with experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Ability to build and manage effective teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Good consumer sights and judgment on strategies and creative work.
  • Superior attention to detail on all projects and aesthetics.
  • Exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Proficient knowledge of the computer, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; EPiServer and HTML coding.
  • Demonstrated expertise with marketing attribution modeling to update campaigns on demand and ability to glean long-term insights around scenario planning and forecasting based on data analytics.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.Attendance: This is a full time exempt position which requires you to be present and available during business hours to meet the needs of your team and the Company. This exempt position is not eligible for overtime, however on occasion, a flexible schedule may be required.

This position also requires:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Travel and overnight stays.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 20lbs.
  • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
