The Sales Support Manager works closely with the Director of Sales and the Sales Team and is responsible for establishing a strong and consistent point of sale process across the company and conducting set planning for new developments as well as acquisition takeover management, in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
We are looking to for a team player with a strong work ethic that offers exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow through. The Holland Team consists of Associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or related coursework is preferred.
Experience: Three to five years of proven sales experience including demonstrated success with Holland sales floor management and experience training new associates on-site. Must have experience communicating with investment partners and senior leadership team members. Audit experience is preferred.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
