    Holland Partner Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Compliance Specialist to join our team

    The Insurance Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing assistance in maintaining the company insurance programs and ensuring the applicable requirements are met in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.

    • Assist in reviewing credit applications.
    • Coordinate with insurance company to maintain communication regarding current and upcoming project and property transitions.
    • Provide guidance on insurance processes, procedures and policies to ensure the company is protected and insurance requirements are met.
    • Assist with the owner-controlled insurance program.
    • Review binding details and authorize binding of insurance policies.
    • Provide support in the insurance claims process including reviewing incident reports and working with Claims Adjustors on resolutions.
    • Assist with the annual insurance renewal, including coordination of invoices and certificates of insurance.
    • Review Holland Construction project insurance invoices to be included in draws for accuracy and forward to the accounting team for payment.
    • Maintain communication with insurance company on current and upcoming projects and properties.
    • Coordinate between the insurance company and Holland to ensure each party is receiving the necessary information and documentation.
    • Provide support across all business lines to satisfy insurance requests.
    • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
    • Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
    • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.


    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

    Experience: Two to three years’ experience supporting the full cycle insurance process for an organization required.  Experience with property casualty insurance or multi-family housing insurance experience preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel; Yardi experience preferred.
    • Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to process and handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret contract language.
    • Knowledge of property casualty insurance policies or multi-family housing insurance, requirements, and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Eye for detail; accuracy is imperative.
    • Demonstrated high-level of skill in both verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.

    Attendance: This full-time position requires the ability to work between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours or overtime may be required.

    This position also requires:

    • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
    • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
    • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
