The Regional Property Manager administers and maintains all phases of property operations under the direction of the Regional Vice President and is responsible for all financial aspects of a regional portfolio of properties in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Requires 3-5 years multi-site experience, same market within the housing industry. Asset management exposure, client relationship experience with fee-based and 3rd party properties, capital management experience, and complex communication experience strongly desired.
