The Regional Property Manager administers and maintains all phases of property operations under the direction of the Regional Vice President and is responsible for all financial aspects of a regional portfolio of properties in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years multi-site property management experience required. Asset management exposure, client relationship, experience with fee-based and third-party properties, and capital management experience strongly preferred. A minimum of five years’ experience as a Holland Property Manager may be considered in lieu of multi-site experience.
