The Concierge meets and greets all visitors and Residents of the property, provides excellent customer support and information about the community.

The Concierge provides miscellaneous services and information to Residents, at their request, as well as signs for and distributes deliveries, etc. This position acts as a liaison for Residents and management, ensuring excellent communication, while maintaining documentation of all interactions and follow-up regarding Resident issues. The Concierge represents Holland Residential and the community in a professional and friendly manner at all times. This dynamic individual must possess strong communication abilities, phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills. Performs all other duties as directed by the Property Manager, and assist the overall team effort in any way possible. This position will require weekends.
Must have competency in the following:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or related coursework is preferred.
Experience: One to two years of customer service or hospitality experience required. Minimum of one year sales experience is preferred.
Physical requirements: Ability to lift, push and pull up to a maximum of 40lbs. Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situation required.
