  • Overview

    The Senior Project Manager, Business Technology will manage assigned projects and works with company stakeholders, organizes deliverables, tracks progress of requests, manages risk and communication, and maintains timelines and budgets to achieve project success in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s core values.




    • Manage business project requirements, including project charter, intake, initial risk identification, and capturing of project deliverables.
    • Create an Agile Project delivery using SCRUM concepts. Work closely with the product owner and project team to ensure objectives are completed.
    • Create a traditional waterfall project plan, including all necessary subsidiary plans as prescribed in the PMO Project Framework, using the PMO templates and tools.
    • Deliver projects through their lifecycle adhering to all HPG PMO procedures and processes.
    • Manage project documentation including statements of work, project plans, deliverables, training materials, budgets, etc.
    • Supervise & gather/communicate all documentation necessary for technical resources to complete activities as pursuits move to projects and then to properties.
    • Act as a liaison between outside partners/vendors, business units and Business Technology.
    • Source, review, manage and develop strategic partnership relations that ensure standardized practices and efforts across all HPG efforts.
    • Communicate with Stakeholders on a planned cycle, and as needed to ensure transparent project delivery, managed expectations, and clear communications.
    • Develop best-practices and approaches, working closely with PMO team members to align project efforts to strategically achieve business goals.
    • Seek and propose constant improvement efforts to enhance the overall PMO and Business Technology delivery capability.
    • Work with resource managers to negotiate and staff project resources as required.
    • Aggregate data from multiple projects into summary information and report out as required.
    • Implement cost-saving procedures and actions to meet or exceed set budgets.
    • Provide support and mentorship to Project Managers to support departmental success.
    • Work with departmental leadership to develop roadmaps, goals, initiatives and strategies.
    • Ensure each project team has the tools and resources necessary to meet project deadlines.
    • Create status reports with metrics to inform all project participants of key information needed to follow project progress.
    • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner always.
    • Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
    • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible. 


    Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or coursework in a related field is strongly preferred. PMP, CSM or other relevant certification required.


    Experience: Minimum of five years’ related project management experience required. Technology experience preferred.

    Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.


    This position also requires:

    • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
    • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
    • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
