Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional training experience required (designing, developing, and facilitating content) or relevant job experience. Prior experience in the multi-family/apartment or hospitality industry preferred.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
