    The Regional Trainer is a contributing team member engaged in continually assessing learning needs, designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on intended outcomes to associates in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.

    • Support organizational initiatives through ensuring alignment of learning objectives, performance tasks, and experiences to achieve intended training program outcomes.
    • Conduct one-on-one, small group, and large group training sessions as needed.
    • Build and maintain highly effective partnerships with managers in order to provide the best possible tools, resources and performance improvement opportunities.
    • Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to prepare and deliver effective curriculum using a variety of interactions that support learning (demonstrations, practice, hands-on test, job aids, etc.).
    • Develop the most effective instructional strategy and structure through appropriate use of pre-class activities, presentations, learner’s participation, practice problems, case studies, and evaluations.
    • Analyze training program results/effectiveness and provide corresponding reports and recommendations to management.
    • Serve as an ambassador, champion, and/or host as needed for special projects, programs, or events.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and other external parties as needed to enhance internal training programs.
    • Ensure compliance with Holland Partner Group’s policies, procedures, and branding guidelines.
    • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
    • Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.
    • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.


    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or related field preferred.

    Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional training experience required (designing, developing, and facilitating content) or relevant job experience. Prior experience in the multi-family/apartment or hospitality industry preferred.

    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills.
    • Exemplary organizational, project management, problem-solving, and time management skills in order to meet performance expectations, objectives, and goals.
    • Ability to focus on intended learning outcomes, based on the audience’s skills, experience, expectations, and needs.
    • Ability to write effective, engaging, and interactive learning materials.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Customer focused and responsive with the ability to work well under pressure.
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 360, experience with Learning Management tools preferred.  


    AttendanceThis full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.



    This position also requires:


    • Valid Driver license.
    • Travel 20-25% of the time, and overnight stays.
    • Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
    • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
    • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
