Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
The Residential Trainer utilizes their technical and operational expertise and understanding of adult learning methodologies to collaboratively create and deliver engaging and effective systems and operational process training to onsite employees in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years of professional training experience (designing, developing, and delivering technical and process training to adult learners) or relevant industry experience while training and developing others.
