Salary range: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour.

The Technology Services & Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the support for building technology systems and networks across the entire portfolio of Holland-managed multifamily apartment buildings. This service-oriented role works with internal building management teams, IT teams, and external building system vendors in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s core values.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or coursework in a related field is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience providing coordination and administrative support to technical teams within the field of technology required.
Attendance: This full-time position requires the ability to work between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours or overtime may be required.
